This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with Dilliprints, a printing brand by SalesHub Retail.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or making a token payment.
1. Token Amount is Non-Refundable
The token amount paid to confirm an order is non-refundable.
The token amount is collected to reserve production support, begin order processing, assign design coordination, verify customer seriousness, and block internal time for the customer’s order. Once an order is confirmed, our team may start reviewing the requirement, coordinating design, preparing files, checking feasibility, and planning production.
Because time, effort, coordination, and operational resources are reserved after token payment, the token amount cannot be refunded if the customer cancels the order, delays the order, changes their mind, does not respond, provides incomplete details, or decides not to continue.
2. Why the Token Amount is Non-Refundable
The token amount is not just an advance payment. It helps us cover the initial order handling process, including:
- Reviewing the customer’s print requirement
- Creating or verifying the order code
- Assigning internal coordination
- Checking design or artwork requirements
- Coordinating with designer or production team
- Blocking time for the order workflow
- Providing customer support after order confirmation
For this reason, the token amount remains non-refundable once paid.
3. Order Cancellation by Customer
A customer may request order cancellation before printing starts. However, cancellation does not make the token amount refundable.
If any additional amount has been paid apart from the token amount, refund eligibility for that additional amount will depend on the order stage, design work completed, material preparation, printing status, and production expenses already incurred.
4. No Refund After Design Approval
Once the customer approves the final design for printing, the order is considered confirmed for production. After design approval, no refund will be provided for the token amount, design charges, printing amount, or any production-related amount.
5. No Refund After Printing Starts
Once printing, foiling, UV, lamination, cutting, packing, or dispatch preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Printing products are customized according to the customer’s details, design, logo, name, business information, and selected finish. Since these products cannot be reused or resold to another customer, refunds are not possible after production begins.
6. Design Changes and Revisions
Design changes may be allowed before final approval, depending on the order type and design scope. Major changes, repeated changes, or new design directions may involve additional charges.
Once the customer approves the design, Dilliprints will not be responsible for spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers, incorrect address, wrong logo, wrong color preference, or any content error already approved by the customer.
7. Refund for Printing Error
If there is a confirmed printing error from our side, such as wrong product, major print mismatch, missing agreed finishing, or production mistake, Dilliprints may offer one of the following after review:
- Reprint of the affected order
- Partial correction, where possible
- Store credit, where applicable
- Partial refund, only if approved by Dilliprints
The final decision will depend on the issue, order value, product type, and production stage.
8. Color Difference Disclaimer
Slight color variation may occur between screen preview and printed output due to differences in mobile screens, monitors, lighting, paper type, lamination, ink, and print process. Minor color variation is normal in printing and will not be considered a printing defect.
9. Damaged or Wrong Product
If the customer receives a damaged or wrong product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the package and product.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
10. Refund Processing Time
If any refund is approved by Dilliprints, it may take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on the payment method and banking/payment gateway timelines.
11. Website Price and WhatsApp Price
Website prices may be lower than WhatsApp or manual quotation prices because website orders follow a structured online order process. WhatsApp orders may include extra manual support, custom discussion, special handling, urgent coordination, or personalized service.
If an order is placed through WhatsApp or manual discussion, the price shared by our team on WhatsApp or quotation will apply.
