By using our website, placing an order, making a token payment, sharing design files, approving artwork, or communicating with our team through WhatsApp, phone, email, or any other channel, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. These terms are created to keep the printing process clear, transparent, and fair for both the customer and Dilliprints.

1. About Dilliprints

Dilliprints provides printing services for visiting cards and related printed materials. Our current focus is on premium visiting cards, including matte visiting cards, gloss visiting cards, velvet visiting cards, UV visiting cards, gold foil visiting cards, UV + gold foil visiting cards, and special thick visiting cards.

Dilliprints may offer design support, order coordination, printing, finishing, packing, dispatch, and order tracking depending on the product and order type.

2. Order Process

Customers can place an order through the Dilliprints website or by contacting our team directly. The general order process may include:

  • Customer chooses a visiting card product
  • Customer shares printing and design requirements
  • Customer pays the required token amount or order amount
  • Dilliprints confirms the order
  • An order code may be generated for tracking and coordination
  • Design details, logo, text, and references are collected
  • Design preview may be shared for approval, where applicable
  • Printing starts after required confirmation or approval
  • Order is finished, packed, dispatched, or made ready for delivery

The exact process may vary depending on the product, order value, design requirement, finishing type, and customer instructions.

3. Token Payment

Dilliprints may collect a token amount to confirm an order. The token payment helps us confirm customer seriousness, reserve internal time, begin order handling, review the requirement, coordinate design, and prepare the order for the next stage.

An order may not be processed until the required token amount or agreed payment has been received and verified by Dilliprints.

4. Token Amount is Non-Refundable

The token amount paid to Dilliprints is non-refundable.

The token amount is not only a payment advance. It is collected because once an order is confirmed, our team may start spending time and resources on the order. This may include reviewing the customer’s requirement, checking artwork, coordinating with the designer, preparing order details, generating or verifying the order code, discussing design instructions, and reserving production workflow time.

Because this initial work and coordination starts after token payment, the token amount cannot be refunded if the customer cancels the order, changes their mind, delays the order, does not respond, provides incomplete details, or decides not to continue.

This policy is especially important because printing orders are customized according to customer details, business name, design, logo, phone number, address, selected finish, and personal requirements.

5. Website Prices and WhatsApp Prices

Prices shown on the Dilliprints website may be different from prices shared on WhatsApp, phone, offline discussion, or manual quotation.

Website prices are special online prices. These prices may be lower because website orders follow a more structured and standard order process.

WhatsApp prices or manually quoted prices may be higher because they may include extra manual discussion, additional support, custom requirement handling, design consultation, urgent coordination, non-standard quantities, special finishing, or personalized service.

If a customer wants to use website pricing, the order should be placed through the website process. If the customer places the order manually through WhatsApp or direct discussion, the price shared by our team on WhatsApp or quotation will apply.

Dilliprints reserves the right to update product prices, token amounts, offers, discounts, delivery charges, and service charges at any time without prior notice.

6. Product Information

We try to display product information as clearly and accurately as possible. Product details may include card size, GSM, finish type, lamination, print side, UV, foiling, rounded corners, die-cut availability, and other product specifications.

For visiting cards, the standard card size is generally 90 × 53 mm, unless otherwise mentioned or agreed.

Standard visiting cards may use 350 GSM card stock. UV and foiling visiting cards may use 400 GSM card stock. Special thick visiting cards may be available in 500 GSM and 800 GSM, depending on availability and order confirmation.

Product availability, GSM, paper type, finishing, and pricing may change based on stock, production conditions, supplier availability, and order requirements.

7. Lamination, UV, Foiling and Special Finishing

Where lamination is included, it is generally applied on both sides of the visiting card, unless clearly mentioned otherwise.

UV and gold foiling are special finishing effects applied to selected design areas only. They are not full-card coatings unless specifically mentioned.

UV finishing is commonly used to highlight logos, names, icons, patterns, borders, or selected design elements. Gold foiling is commonly used to add a metallic gold effect to selected areas such as logos, names, initials, icons, borders, or premium design highlights.

UV and foiling effects require suitable design preparation. In some cases, a design may need to be adjusted to make it suitable for UV or foiling.

Slight movement or minor registration variation may occur in special finishing work such as UV, foiling, cutting, rounded corners, or die-cut shapes. Very small production variation is normal and will not be treated as a defect.

8. Rounded Corners and Special Die Cuts

Rounded corners and special die-cut shapes may be available on request. These are not included by default unless clearly mentioned in the product or quotation.

Special cutting, custom shapes, and die-cut work depend on design feasibility, production availability, and final quotation. Additional charges may apply.

9. Design Support

Dilliprints may provide design support depending on the order type and agreed scope. Design support may include basic layout, text placement, logo placement, visiting card setup, file adjustment, or simple design preparation.

Advanced design work, repeated changes, logo creation, branding work, complete redesign, urgent design work, or multiple design concepts may involve additional charges.

Design support does not mean unlimited revisions unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. Customer-Provided Details and Files

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information for printing. This may include name, designation, business name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, website, address, social media handles, logo, QR code, design reference, and printing instructions.

Dilliprints will not be responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect, incomplete, low-quality, or unclear information provided by the customer.

11. Customer Responsibility for Logos, Images and Content

The customer confirms that they have the right to use any logo, image, brand name, trademark, artwork, photo, QR code, design, or content shared with Dilliprints for printing.

Dilliprints is not responsible for copyright, trademark, ownership, brand misuse, or legal disputes related to customer-provided content.

Dilliprints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains illegal, offensive, harmful, misleading, abusive, copyrighted, trademark-infringing, or inappropriate content.

12. Design Preview and Approval

Where applicable, Dilliprints may share a design preview with the customer before printing. The customer must carefully check the full design before approval.

Before approving the design, the customer should check name spelling, phone number, email address, website URL, business name, designation, address, logo placement, QR code, social media handles, color preference, design layout, print side, selected finish, and UV or foiling placement if applicable.

Once the customer approves the design, it is treated as final for printing.

13. No Free Reprint After Customer Approval

After customer approval, Dilliprints will print the order based on the approved design.

If any spelling mistake, wrong number, incorrect address, wrong QR code, incorrect logo, missing detail, layout issue, or content mistake was present in the approved design, Dilliprints will not provide a free reprint, refund, or replacement.

Any correction after approval and printing may be treated as a new order and may require additional payment.

14. Color Difference and Print Variation

Printed output may look slightly different from the digital preview shown on a mobile phone, laptop, monitor, or tablet. This can happen due to differences in screen brightness, display settings, color mode, lighting, paper type, lamination, ink, printing method, and finishing process.

Minor color variation is normal in printing and will not be considered a printing defect.

There may also be minor variation in cutting, finishing, alignment, lamination, UV placement, foiling placement, or final output due to normal production tolerance.

15. Order Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before printing or production starts. However, the token amount remains non-refundable.

If the customer has paid more than the token amount, refund eligibility for the additional amount will depend on the order stage, design work completed, material preparation, production status, and costs already incurred.

Once design approval, printing, finishing, cutting, packing, or dispatch preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

16. Refunds

The token amount is non-refundable under all normal cancellation situations.

Refunds are not available for customized printed products once production has started because such products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be reused or resold.

If there is a confirmed mistake from Dilliprints’ side, such as wrong product, major production error, or missing agreed finishing, we may review the issue and offer a suitable solution. The solution may include correction, reprint, partial adjustment, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the case.

Any approved refund may take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway.

17. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product

If the customer receives a damaged product, wrong product, or missing item, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must share clear photos and videos of the package, product, label, and issue. Claims without proper photos or videos may not be accepted.

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

18. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Actual timelines may depend on design approval, payment confirmation, order quantity, finishing type, workload, courier availability, customer response, public holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Dilliprints will try to dispatch orders within the communicated timeline, but delays may happen in some cases.

After dispatch, delivery is handled by the courier or delivery partner. Dilliprints may share tracking details where available, but courier delay is not fully under our control.

19. Delivery Address and Customer Availability

The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address, phone number, and contact details.

Dilliprints will not be responsible for delivery failure, return, delay, extra courier charges, or lost delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, unavailable customer, incomplete address, or customer refusal to accept the package.

20. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received or verified by Dilliprints.

Sharing a payment screenshot does not automatically confirm the order unless the payment has been received or verified.

If payment is pending, failed, reversed, or not received, Dilliprints may pause or cancel the order until payment is completed.

21. Balance Payment

Depending on the order type, Dilliprints may collect balance payment before design, before printing, before dispatch, or at another agreed stage.

Dilliprints may hold printing, finishing, packing, or dispatch until the required payment is completed.

22. Offers, Discounts and Price Errors

Offers, discounts, website prices, and promotional prices may be changed or removed at any time without prior notice.

If any product price, discount, or offer is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, typing mistake, system issue, or listing error, Dilliprints reserves the right to correct the price, cancel the order, or request the correct payment before processing.

23. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.

Dilliprints may restrict access, reject orders, or cancel requests if misuse is suspected.

24. Communication

By placing an order, submitting a form, making a payment, or contacting Dilliprints, the customer agrees that Dilliprints may contact them through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, email, or website notification for order updates, payment confirmation, design approval, dispatch details, and support.

25. Limitation of Liability

Dilliprints will not be responsible for indirect loss, business loss, profit loss, missed opportunity, delay caused by customer response, courier delay, incorrect customer details, low-quality customer-provided files, or errors approved by the customer before printing.

In any case, Dilliprints’ liability will be limited to the value of the specific order in question, subject to review and approval by Dilliprints.

26. Changes to These Terms

Dilliprints may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of the website or services means the customer accepts the updated terms.
